Ex-car thief Randall Raines is forced out of retirement to save his brother Kip after a boost gone wrong. With the help of allies old and new, they race to meet the demands of notorious crime boss Raymond Calitri as the police are in hot pursuit.
Well, ain't that a thrill ride from start to finish. Went into this reckonin' it'd be just another car chase flick, but nope, this one's got heart. Cage does his usual out-of-this-world job behind the wheel, and you gotta hand it to him, he sure does make a mean car thief. Jolie's character, though, she ain't just window dressing, she packs a punch and has her own set of surprises. Liked the Southern touch in there, reminded me of them back roads I know so well.
