I reckon Wind River was a real eye-opener. It’s gritty and raw, much like the landscape where it’s set. Jeremy Renner nails it as the local tracker, and it’s a good reminder that heroes come in all shapes and sizes. The way it handles its subject matter is mighty respectful and pulls no punches. It ain’t your average action flick, but it’s a solid piece of work.
