When her grandson is kidnapped during the Tour de France, Madame Souza and her beloved pooch Bruno team up with the Belleville Sisters—an aged song-and-dance team from the days of Fred Astaire—to rescue him.
'The Triplets of Belleville' is a whimsical journey, blending surrealism with a touching story of love and adventure. It's a departure from my usual action-packed or dramatic selections, offering a playful and inventive narrative that feels like discovering a hidden gem in a bustling marketplace. Its unique charm and imaginative storytelling left a lasting impression, much like a perfectly crafted cocktail that surprises with each sip.
